Details: 1986 Chevrolet Silverado. Long Wheel Base.The Good: - Interior is in excellent shape, with only minor cracking in the dash. A/C works very well. Window regulators, handles and door locks are in great shape. Door pins are good. Seat has NO tears. All trim panels are present and in good shape. Interior has factory gauges and all work. Aftermarket Pioneer CD player and new Kenwood speaker in dash. The ride of the truck is excellent and brake system works flawlessly. The original 305 has a new Edelbrock carb with electric choke, new timing chain set, new oil pan gaskets, new distributor, cap, rotor, and module. New fuel pump and fuel filter. Transmission shifts as expected and does not slip. Rear end is in great shape. Tires are in pretty good shape and there´s even treadwear on all of them, good alignment. The Bad: - Paint looks good from afar, some body work (from an obvious fender-bender) was ´almost´ done well. There´s some surface rust starting to form on top of the cab. It needs plugs and wires still, and a good tune up. Transmission pan is leaking, a new gasket is in order. Split rear window latch has been broken and should be replaced, I have a solid rear glass available for an extra $40 if you´re interested. Windshield has cracks and will need to be replaced. That´s pretty much the whole scoop on this truck. If there are any questions, please ask and I will respond as soon as possible. The price is negotiable but other than needing a good tune-up, this will make someone a great work truck or even daily driver. This car is actually pretty fast-Tape player and radio (I have a tape adapter for Ipods and whatever else that uses a headphone jack)-Working air conditioning and heat-Power locks-Cruise Control-ABS-Grey cloth interior is in good shape other than a 3´ tear and another 1´ tear in driver´s seat-Tires are fairly good with about 50-75% remaining from what I knowThe only problem with it is that, as shown in the picture, it has a few small dings in one area. I put the key up for size reference but the whole area is about 6´ long. Someone just backed into it.
