Details: im selling a 1996 chevy 1500 fourwheel drive extended cab short bed. its two tone green and silver. has a 5.7 350ci engine. truck has almost zero rust. it does have a few dents and dings. nothing major. runs and drives really well. it has high milage 225k but it has a newer low milage engne and tranny about 4 months ago. it also has a brand new set of cooper stt´s 265/75/16 i purchessed about 3 weeks ago. i paid just over 1000.00 for the tires alone. they have less than 1000 miles on them. i just have two many vehicles and one of them has to go. this will make someone a great truck. the front end has also been gone thru with all new bushings and new wheel bearings. my cell is 570 377 0750 if i dont anser leave a message thanks Location: westfield pait´s NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests

The car has been garaged nearly the entire time except for a few years at college in Oklahoma. 14 years ago it became our third vehicle and basically stored (this is important because it was not exposed to the salt of Indiana winters). Six years ago the car became a project car and though drivable, is not completed to my desired dream car. Those items I will address in detail. Why sell the car? We have children; I missed my ´completion date´ and I went over budget.The exterior: The car was repainted 3 years ago to the original white tone. The inside, outside and engine compartment were all painted at the same time. After the paint job the car remained garaged and essentially un-driven. The paint job is very good and I will do my best to show you in the video. You should notice the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) weather stripping replacement (T-top, rear hatch, windows, windshield etc.). The front bumper/cone, head lights and assembly, air dam louvers, front license plate are totally new. The radio antenna has been shaved off to keep a clean line. The front windshield has been replaced. Original side window/rear hatch glass and brake lights. The rear hatch glass has new pistons so you will not experience the head knock or one arm reach when looking in the back. New fiberglass hood (Harwood Daytona IROC) with 2.5 inch increased engine clearance for our add-ons (note the painted heritage striping on the hood). You have the original rims but will need to purchase new tires. The car has new struts and shocks with original springs. It has new Z-28 emblems (I also have the H.O. stickers and front bumper Chevy emblem. . .just not installed). It is safe to say the body is complete with all trim and ground effects. The passenger side mirror has a crack in it but that has to be 20 years old. I am very happy to say no car dings.The interior: The car interior has been converted to black mainly because the ability to find OEM tan was challenging. The interior is complete. The rigid T-top head liner, sun visors, rear speaker covers are all new. The seats (front and back) and door panels have been redone in black and red. It also has plush carpeting with Z-28 embroidered floor mats. It has a functional rear well door and lock. I have the hatch shade and T-top bags. The car´s original dash pad has a small crack on the driver side corner where I hit it with my knee many years ago (See video). I had the interior sprayed with sound deadening material to reducing road and engine noise. The driver seat belt will not retract and assume a broken spring but have not looked closely. I have added a new stereo and speakers and remote keyless entry. Pioneer CD receiver with remote (DEH-P5900IB) also has MP3 plug-in running into the center console. It has a California Mosfet power amplifier and JBL Grand Touring Series speakers for dash, door and back sail panels (see video). The electric driver seat functions up/down, fore and aft as well as tilt.The Engine Compartment: Engine code/type: L69/v8. The total miles are 132,654 but less than 500 miles are on the rebuilt engine. The engine was rebuilt locally by B&C Engine Service a reputable business in Cicero, Indiana. We have a full breakdown of what they did and charged but the abbreviated version is a cylinder bore/hone. The horse power has not been tested and CR is expected to higher from stock 9.5:1. The block was painted to match the heritage hood stripes. The car has the original 4 speed automatic transmission (700R4 30-spline input shaft, Auto std 3.42). We added ceramic coated Hedman exhaust headers and from Y collector to the chrome exhaust tips are new. The AC (compressor, accumulator, orifice tube, hose assembly, high blow relay) was rebuilt during the process. As you have seen the engine and compartment have been reworked from what would be expected from a 3rd generation Camaro. I just wish I could finish the project because it isn´t far off from a daily driving or strip. Understand this is for serious buyers, don´t bother submitting low-ball offers this is not a Fire Sale.The car has a clear title and is being sold ´as is´. No trades. No warranty. No refunds. The execution of sale is final. The car and title will not be released until all funds have cleared my personal bank. Third party pick-up, set up by purchaser, is acceptable.
