Details: 1950 Chevy 2 door sedan. I bought it about a year ago. The only reason I am want to get rid of it is because I don´t have the time to do what I would like to. It is al in all a real good car. There is a lot to say about it, but for now I will tell you the things I know need to be done. It has the original drive train in it, 235 straight six with a 3 on the tree, enclosed drive shaft and 3:11 rear end. The clutch and throw out bearing started going out last October, I was going to change out the trans and rear end (which I can get for about $350). The person I bought it from upgraded the wiring to a 12 volt, however he only spliced into the original wiring. A short has developed and I was planning on ripping the wiring out and buying a new wiring harness ($150-$200). I have had the gas tank cleaned out and resealed, new radiator, water pump, fuel pump (with an extra), thermostat and hoses. It also has a new windshield and all the glass is there. The drivers door glass is cracked, but still rolls up and down. I also have a few extra electrical parts and a new set of fish tail exhaust tips. The body is in good condition for a 65 year old car. It could use some body work here and there, but it is pretty straight. It has been lowered about 5´ all the way around before I got a hold of it and has for the most part the original suspension. Details: This is a Great Running 70 Model C10 Chevrolet Truck. 350, AT. Mechanically this thing is SOUND and runs great! New Tires, New Wiper Motor, New Brakes, New Starter, and more. Runs great. Showing 70k miles on dash but I cannot verify if that is original. Does have original seat, door panels, head liner, radio and all. Seat only has a small tear where driver sits so it is possible that the 70k is accurate. There is the typical chevrolet rust on it. The rockers on both sides have rust and the bed has lots of rust.
