Details: Selling my 2004 Chevrolet Malibu Classic. This has been my daily driver for the past 8 yrs. I have owned this car since 2004 when it had 7,500 miles. The Malibu Classic was a limited run fleet vehicle, using the body style from 2003 and the new engine from 2004. Power windows, locks, and mirrors. Parking brake works well, helpful in Duluth. Very reliable, never any problems. Starts right up even on the coldest winter day. I have done all maintenance myself, Transmission fluid flush at 75k, spark plugs at 100k, Regular oil changes ect, everything done at the recommended intervals in the owners manual.Has 120,xxx miles on it. It shows in scratches and dings but engine is solid, tranny shifts are tight, and drives in a straight line.Has the 2.2L ecotec engine gets 25-32mpg, makes 140hp. No problems merging into highway traffic. Brand new: 4 tires, front brake pads and rotors, oil change at 120,000. Bad: Some years ago the car was broken into. Passenger door is missing the handle, and will not open. My passengers usually imitate Dukes of Hazzard. This is why I´m asking less then the blue book value.The A/C still blows cold air. I have the WY title in hand ready to go.The LOW Blue book value on this car is $3,700. Go to kbb.com if you don´t believe me. I honestly believe $3,000 is a very reasonable price for this car and if the passenger door was working I would be asking $4,000.
