Details: I have owned this Suburban since June 2011 and have driven it just more than 1,000 miles (currently at about 163,500). I bought it to tow a camping trailer and for general utility use. It is in good condition, looks good and runs good, with the only somewhat ´major´ issues I know of being an oil pan leak, potential power steering leak and oil pressure gauge (sending unit) not working. These issues have not caused me any problems besides minor fluid leakeage on my driveway. If you Google the VIN, 3GNGK26G63G250648 South Tejon Motors still has info up from when they were selling it (I bought it from a different dealer) and the pictures are borrowed from their listing. I´ll try to get some good pictures after I get it detailed. It was in 2 front end accidents, one with the first owner, the second with me in December 2011. All damage was repaired(*-see below), with none being to the frame, and the title is clear. There are some minor body dings and very small rock chips in the windshield, nothing too bad for a 9-year old vehicle. Tires and wheels are in good condition, but technical issue with the tires is that they should be ´E´ rating for the 2500, but are ´D´. I paid $9,000 for it and have put more than $1,500 into it, mainly to replace the rear shocks (Autoride), but also to fix some other fluid leaks. The price is somewhat negotiable, but with this being pretty loaded (leather, Bose, heated seats, etc.) with the hard-to-find 8.1 engine, I´ll be looking for a good offer. The gas mileage I´ve been getting is about 11 mpg, with 80% city driving. Let me know if you have any questions. *- Apparently the battery case was cracked in the accident (it was a new battery) and the battery tray has some corrosion from this. I have already purchased a new replacement battery and am looking for a replacement tray. Also, one of the radiator hose clips was discovered to be loose and was leaking. I intend to have the system pressure tested after I put the new battery in to make sure the loose clip wasn´t the only issue.
