This car runs like it should, and has had many extras and work done to it recently. 140,000 miles. Oil changed religiously with Royal Purple and Mobil 1 filters. Transmission and rear end both have Royal Purple as well. Paint is in excellent condition for a 17 year old car. Work done to it within the last year: New Distributor, water pump, wires, Iridium plugs. New front timing cover seals. Anyone who knows these cars realize that is alot of work in itself. 1500 for labor and parts. Rebuilt front suspension. New control arm bushings, tie rod ends, inner and outer. New front wheel bearings, new ball joints all moog parts. New brakes, pads and rotors front and rear. New Sachs clutch kit with new slave cylinder put in 3 months ago. 1200 dollars! Newer O2 sensors, along with new ICM and MAP sensors. Other extras include aluminum driveshaft, 52mm throttle body, Borla Exhaust system, Custom computer tune, Trick Flow rear end girdle, Bilstein shocks n struts front and rear, Pro 5.0 shifter (shifts amazingly), BMR Subframe Connectors, JP front strut tower brace, Underdrive pulley. The car also comes with 8 wheels and tires. Shown in the picture are the stock 16´ rims with Dunlop snow tires. Not shown are 17´ SS rims from 98-02 camaros. Fitted with 275/40.17 Falken tires. Tires have another year left on the 17´. Known issues with the car. Driver side power window motor needs replacement. Called for a quote around 200. Small area of bubble rust underneath the fuel door. No other body panel rust. Parking brake cable is bad. I have a new cable to replace. CD player does not play CD´s anymore. But has a 1/8 inch cable to hook up an Ipod or phone to. With all the exrtas and work done to this vehicle it would be well over 3500 in parts and labor. Other than that, the car was bumped in the rear-end in 2001 and the bumper cover received minor paint flaking. No other accident of any sort with the car. The car has been driven on the street and ´Tracked´ rarely. I had it at a one or two SCCA events at the Waterloo dog track before the motor was rebuilt as a 383. After the 383 was installed in 2009 (approximately) and tuned it was run at Cordova and turned a 12.3 in the quarter mile on the current suspension set-up. The car on the highway gets 24 mpg. The dyno tune resulted in 396 rwhp when it had an automatic transmission in the car that was slipping and the GM optispark was misfiring above 5500 rpm.The car is Hunter Green in color and has T-Tops, w/ T-Top liners to block any sunlight. Do not expect a flawless paint job as the car has not ever been touched up, from twenty feet you can´t see most of the small chips in the paint. Normal door dings (a few) from insensitive people that don´t care much about cars. The car is meant to be driven and is a very fun ride with small issues are those common with 15+ year old cars.
