The only this that is not original is that the electrical system is converted to 12 volt, it has a kenwood radio mounted under the dash and has gauges mounted under the dash. I parked it in the garage in 2003 and it has not moved since. It was running at the time I parked it. Everything is in awesome shape. The body is excellent except for a small smash in the front. It was in my garage and a vehicle hit it at low speed. It broke the parking lense (I have a new one that goes with the car) dented up some chrome trim and pushed the quarter panel back about 1/8´. The rest of the body is perfect with no rust or dents anywhere. This would be the perfect car to restore because the amount of work to restore it is minor compared to most cars like this. It has been properly serviced and maintained. This is our oldest dump truck so we are replacing it. Still has plenty of life left in it. It runs and drives well. The dump system works like it is supposed to. The tires all have good tread and hold air. The only thing that does not work is the split axle. Should just be an electrical issue, i have been told there is a circuit board that commonly goes bad in these but have not had time to investigate. It is still usable without it switching, because it failed on the lowside. The windshield is cracked (see pics). it does not obstruct the drivers view at all, so we have been using it that way.
