Details: This is my 2003 Chevrolet Avalanche Z71 North Face edition.Features:-Premium Sound Bose Stereo 6 disc changer/ Bose speakers-Power windows-Power door locks-Adjustable tilt steering wheel- 4 wheel drive-5.3 L V8-Heat and A/C with dual climate control-Also rear AC with 2 vents on the back of the center console facing the rear passenger seatsHas no serious modifications done to it. Only the grille, which is a bolt on, not a replacement. The black Chevrolet bow tie emblem in the front. The black head lights are just plastic lens covers, the lights were NOT smoked with paint or anything. The lenses just pop off. The only thing done to anything under the car is I had a Flow Master 40 series muffler put on and it sounds perfect. Not too loud at all, almost like the new Cadillac EXT´s if you know what they sound like. Just a nice, low rumble. The truck drives great and is between good and excellent condition with no scratches anywhere. Interior and exterior in great condition. The plastic along the back has been well maintained and shows no signs of fading at all. Plus this Avalanche doesn´t have all of the ugly body cladding along the bottom of the truck which makes for a much cleaner look. I am the second owner and I bought it from the original owner who bought it new in Belair, MD. Very well taken care of, mechanically and cosmetically maintained. You won´t find a spot where I haven´t waxed. I have all the paper work ever since it was new in a file. Details: Hi,We have decided to sell our 2001 Silverado. My wife bought this truck when she got her license and it has been her baby. It started life as a 4.3 V6 base model extended cab Silverado 2wd. I have recently done a lot of modifications to the truck so that it can be used to tow a race car trailer which it does very well. The trailer is probably close to 3000lbs and the truck we haul with it is around 3800lbs. I towed it to the track a couple times and to a show in NJ and I couldnt have been happier with the way it performed.Here is a list of some of the things that are done to the truck- I swapped in from a donor truck a 6.0 V8 and the heavy duty 4l80e transmission. The swap is complete and you wouldnt know it was done if you werent told. Looks completely stock. -- A/C is nice and cold. -- The ECU was modified to eliminate the rear o2 sensors so it does not need cats, the EGR system, and a few other small things. The VIN was updated to match this truck, and it has since been through Maryland Emissions testing and passed with no issues.- I just recently also had to pull and rebuild that 4l80e transmission. It has the higher stall HD converter, and the trans is all fresh inside.- Lowered with a 5/7 kit, which uses different lower control arms up front, and a flip kit in the rear. The frame is notched in the rear for clearance and makes it a very comfortable ride.- 2500 HD hood installed- Remote start system. My wife LOVES this for cold mornings!- Trailer Brake controller installed- Tow hitch from a suburban is installed. We used this instead of the silverado hitch because we could tuck it up under the truck more for a sleak look. It is welded in and rock solid.- Air bag leveling system installed in the rear. This kit included two air bags, lines and brackets. There is a valve under each side of the bumper to allow you to add air to either side. This made the truck able to haul pretty much anything. Once we have it loaded, we put air in the bags to level it out, making it still ride smooth and not rub or bottom out in the rear.- Most of the pictures show the 20´ wheels we had on it. *They are not on the truck* The truck currently has the factory 16´ chrome wheels installed. The chrome on the 20´s was getting really rough, so I pulled them with intentions on refinishing them and painting them silver. I am going to follow through with that and sell them separate unless you are interested in finishing the job. I do have four 275 45 20 tires that have about 50% tread that go back on the wheels when they are done. The truck really looks good with those wheels.- The brakes on all four corners have been done recently.I am listing the truck now in ´As Is´ condition.
