This was my first car of which I´ve owned for 7 years after my older sister´s ownership of close to 5 years. I took great pride in it, kept up on all the basics oil changes/car washes/wax/plugs/wires/etc. However, I am graduating college in two months and moving on to different things so am looking to sell this car to a respectful, responsible person possibly as their first car. As you´ll notice there are no crappy flames, stickers, faux air louvers, spoilers, spinners, any stupid trash that absolutely ruins the look of a nice car. I hope by the photos alone you can appreciate the efforts on my part to keep it in decent condition given it´s age. The goods:*clean title in hand*starts up perfect everytime, no check engine lights/faults, no major cosmetic damage, very clean for it´s age/mileage/condition, has had major services including new water pump, alternator, battery, heater core, plugs/wires at 140,000 miles, rear shocks, and more. the car shifts smoothly, idle´s smooth, has no major mechanical/electrical issuesThe not-so-good:The oil pan gasket has a minor leak, literally takes a 15 dollar part to fix but I do not have a garage/jackstands to swap this outThere is a slight coolant leak, possibly from a freeze plug or old hose, shouldn´t be too hard to isolate and fix. I have checked the plugs recently and there is no evidence of burning oil or coolant in the cylinders. There is also no coolant in the oil reservoir meaning the coolant and oil are completely separate issues. there is a 12 CD disc changer in the rear of the car and a cassette player up front. I have the original speakers for the car but they are not currently installed. I will potentially negotiate a slightly lower price on the car because of this. These issues would be something I would fix myself but I do not have the time to allocate to it.Overall:Checking on KBB the car falls well within the good to fair range, more in the upper fair range to be honest. The car doesn´t have 800hp, 2394lbs of torque, but it does get about 25-27mpg highway and around 17-19mpg city. It runs smoothly, feels great with the t-tops off, and looks a lot nicer than most cars its age on the road today, and has plenty of pep to still get you in trouble if you want to.KBB value: $2991 based on my test results, which were very accurate. Details: Much loved first car... I hate very much to see it go, but it needs more work done to it than I can afford.I´m not sure what is wrong with it; very likely a problem with the fuel system. I´ve had some trouble with it before. The fuel pump was replaced about a year ago, and the fuel tank was replaced in January. It died while I was driving it in February. It wouldn´t restart at the time, but it has been driven once since then and I was told that it behaved normally. It started right up and ran fine today.There are some little things that need to be fixed as well: The gas gauge was not hooked up properly when the fuel tank was replaced. The horn has not worked since I bought the car. The front passenger door cannot be opened from the outside. The passenger side seat belt doesn´t work properly, and the passenger side window sticks when rolling up and down. The car has not been in any wrecks since I´ve had it, but there is a small dent in the bumper and over one of the wheel wells.I was told that the engine was replaced, probably between 5 and 10 years ago. I have owned it for about 3 years. It has 244,041 miles on it. Minimal rust, for a car of its age, glossy white paint. Blue-gray interior. The tires were replaced shortly after I bought the car. It has a great heating and cooling system, power locks and windows, AM/FM radio and cassette player, cigarette lighter works.If you have any questions, or would like to see more pictures, please email me!
