I purchased the car from an elderly man who actually traveled from state to state in the car. I am a college student, so I travel from home to school in the car multiple times per week. I have had the oil changed every 3,000 miles, since I´ve purchased the car which was about two or three times. The front two 22´ tires I purchased last June (2011) and the rear 22´ tires I purchased last week. So that set of tires is pretty much all brand new. The set of 16´s on stock rims I bought in the fall to use for winter. Those have probably 40% tread left. This truck is 2wd but with those tires and some weight in the back I made it just fine through the winter. Snap on Bed Cover. (Has a couple small rips) Very clean nice truck! Cared for very well.I just had the carrier bearing replaced last week.Mechanic said everything look great but that the front brakes have probably about 5k miles left.There is the usually chevy rust on the cab corners and rockers and some bubbles starting on the wheel wells.I have done all the maintenance on time and have receipts for all the work that has been done while I have owned it.Im asking $6000. Details: I have a 1999 Chevy Suburban that I need to move. The vehicle is currently NOT RUNNING and has not been started/moved since winter 2009 when it overheated and stalled. There is apparently water in the engine and I don´t have the money/knowledge to get it diagnosed/repaired. It will be sold in as-is condition and must be towed away at the buyer´s expense. I bought the vehicle in September of 2000 for $28K and am the second owner. It has rear air/heat, third row seat and standard features like pw/pl and stereo. The maintenance records are available and we had just put new Goodyear tires on it before it died. The truck has minor wear and tear and the interior is in decent condition, but the driver´s seat is loose and the windshield is cracked. The drivers side rear cargo door glass is also broken out. I must move this vehicle and if someone knows how to fix the problem, it´s probably worth about $5600.00 per KBB.
